baby's name
Okay, after much deliberation (including the stress of everyone asking what his name was and not having an answer), we have decided to go with the name Palmer Wesley Hicks. So, here are a few more pictures of Palmer! More videos to come too. Thanks to everyone who has called, prayed, or visited to support us during this time. We are so thankful for all of you! Well, the great-grandparents are thrilled, as we are, with the terrific name you have chosen for Palmer. I think my dad is probably bragging to all the nurses and patients around him that he has a new great-grandson who is named for him. It's a name that will definitely look good on the leader board!
He's absolutely beautiful, of course. We are very excited about coming down and meeting him. Thanks for such great photos and video.

Palmer is a great name! Very distinguished...like so many of the Hicks boys before him. :-) He's truly adorable and I know you'll be happy to get him home. Praying for you guys in this transition.
